Our Approach

The Reclaim Company investigates the possibilities for the recovery of withholding taxes and supports and guides the entire recovery process. An important principle in our working method, is that we are not an interested party regarding the receipts of the recovered amounts. These are deposited by the tax authority in question into the client's account or into the account of the intermediary or bank. We attach great importance to the security of (customer) data, our database is therefore not available to third parties and is not shared. In the development of our services, we have also developed services for Banks, Intermediaries and Institutional Investors for which we carry out assignments mainly on a consultancy basis. Withholding tax

You are entitled to reclaim (part of) this tax because Dutch investors also pay tax on their foreign investments.
